COVID-19 Measures

Given the extraordinary circumstances of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking measures to keep our guests safe. We take the safety of our guests seriously, and are following the guidance given by Public Health England to ensure that we make the centre's grounds as risk-free of an environment as possible.

Our measures safeguarding against COVID-19 include the following:

  • Please do not attend the event if you are self-isolating and/ or have one of the following symptoms: high temperature, new continuous cough, loss of taste or smell. We would have to refuse entry if you are displaying any of the above symptoms.

  • Please visit for Government's latest COVID-19 guidelines.

  • We will be taking all reasonable steps to help guests, as well as staff members, to maintain social distancing.

  • All staff members working inside the Manor House (Main Building) will be wearing face coverings.

  • If you are visiting the main building, we kindly ask you to wear a mask.

  • To minimise overcrowding, we will be inviting a limited number of people into the centre's grounds per day, and the entry times of the available visiting slots will be spread across the day at one-hour intervals (see our registration page).

  • We will be regularly disinfecting and cleaning the grounds and objects present (tables, chairs, etc.).

  • Hand sanitiser will be available in key areas.
