Our meditation rooms will be open for private meditation and prayer. 

These drop-in sessions are designed for your own self-reflection and silent contemplation without a meditation guide.

You can arrive and leave at any time between 2:30pm - 4pm.

Ideal for those wishing to simply calm the mind or beginning meditative practice. 

Refreshments and space for Q&A or chat are also available.
