To provide a general visual record of our event, photos and videos, including interviews with guests will be taken. Images are taken on our behalf by one or more photographers/videographers and processed by us and the photographer/videographer.

 

These films and images will be uploaded onto various Shinnyo-en websites as well as on social media platforms and kept there for future use. By attending this event, you accept you may be captured on our recorded content. It may be possible that you can be identified directly or indirectly in the photographs and recordings, hence can be regarded as personal data in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By reserving a ticket for Shinnyo Lantern Floating Festival you agree to the following;

(i) photographs and videos of myself being taken; and

Applicable to parents, guardians, and those with parental responsibility for anyone under the age of 18:

- I have read and understand the conditions and consent to:

(i) photographs and videos of my children/children under my care being taken; and

(ii) information about and images of my children being used as described above.

 

- I acknowledge and agree that neither I, nor any child under the age of 18 for whom I have responsibility for, own any copyright over the images.
