INTRODUCTION TO SHINNYO
This new programme introduces Shinnyo Buddhism and meditation. Ideal for people interested in learning more, discovering spiritual practice and looking to learn to meditate. The programme consists of monthly activities both online and in-person.

Participants can take part in any of these four main activities:

Learn from Buddhist-related topics, ask questions and discuss together how to apply Buddhism in everyday life.
